Shipping policy
GoldenStride currently delivers to customers in Canada and the United States. Our products are shipped directly from our trusted fulfilment partners’ warehouses, so items in the same order may arrive in separate packages.
Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding statutory holidays). You'll receive an email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.

Delivery time depends on where your item ships from. Items stocked in North American warehouses usually arrive in 3–7 business days; items shipped from our international fulfilment partner usually arrive in 7–15 business days. Each product page shows the typical delivery time. Some large items (car ramp, elevated feeder) can currently ship to US addresses only.
Rates are shown at checkout in your local currency. Delivery times are estimates that begin once your order ships and are not guaranteed; remote areas, weather and customs processing can add time.
Duties, taxes and customs
Orders that cross an international border may be subject to import duties, taxes and brokerage fees charged by the destination country or the carrier. Unless these are collected at checkout, they are the customer's responsibility and are payable on delivery. Refused shipments are returned to us and refunded minus the original shipping cost and any return charges.
Address accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can't redirect a parcel once it has shipped, and we aren't responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
Lost or damaged parcels
If your tracking hasn't updated for 7 business days, or your order arrives damaged, contact us and we'll work with the carrier to make it right.
Where we ship
We currently ship to Canada and the United States only. Large items (car ramp and elevated feeder) ship to the contiguous United States only, not to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories or APO/FPO addresses. We do not ship large items such as ramps, stairs and feeders to P.O. boxes.
