These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to your use of the GoldenStride online store and to any purchase you make from us. By using this site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

1. About us

GoldenStride is an online retailer of comfort and mobility products for senior dogs, operated from Canada. You can reach us using the details on our Contact page.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least the age of majority in your province, state or country of residence to place an order.

3. Products and descriptions

We try to describe and photograph our products as accurately as possible. Colours may vary slightly depending on your screen, and sizes and measurements are approximate. Our products are intended to support comfort and everyday mobility; they are not medical devices and are not a substitute for advice or treatment from a veterinarian. Always supervise your dog when using a new product and stop use if it causes discomfort.

4. Pricing and payment

Prices are listed in Canadian dollars and may be displayed in your local currency at checkout. We may change prices at any time before you place an order. If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to an error, we may cancel the order and refund any amount paid. Payment is processed securely by our payment providers; we do not store full card details.

5. Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline any order, limit quantities, or cancel an order if a product is unavailable, if we suspect fraud, or if there is an error in pricing or product information. If we cancel after you've been charged, we'll refund you in full.

6. Shipping, duties and returns

7. Intellectual property

All content on this site, including text, images, logos and product names, belongs to GoldenStride or its licensors and may not be copied or used without our written permission.

8. Reviews and submissions

If you send us reviews, photos or other content, you confirm you have the right to share it and you allow us to use it to promote GoldenStride. We may remove any content at our discretion.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, GoldenStride is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or our products. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under applicable consumer protection laws.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Canadian province in which GoldenStride operates and the federal laws of Canada that apply there, without limiting any mandatory consumer protections in your place of residence.
